Our Mission

At the Harvey Park Farmers Market, neighbors gather to support local growers and producers, celebrate the rich diversity of Southwest Denver, and build a weekly ritual rooted in joy, nourishment, and belonging.

Allie Bronston and Corey Sampson are educators, parents of three young sons, and longtime Harvey Park residents. For over a decade, they found themselves driving across Denver to access fresh, local produce at farmers markets in other neighborhoods. One Saturday morning, on a thirty minute commute home from a farmers market shopping trip, they realized they had been waiting far too long for someone else to build what they longed for in their own community. So they decided to sow the seed themselves, and bloom where they’re planted.

The Harvey Park Farmers Market was born from the belief that access to locally-produced food, economic opportunity, and community connection shouldn’t be reserved for other zip codes. The Harvey Park Farmers Market will be an inclusive, vibrant space where Southwest Denver neighbors can do weekly grocery shopping, enjoy local music while gathering with friends and family, and create traditions that nourish body, soul, and place. After almost two years of dreaming and planning, Allie and Corey are so excited to bring this vision to life in May 2026 and watch it grow.
